Meet our founders

Kanagaraj Ganesan is a licensed architect with post-graduation in “Building Energy Efficiency” from IIT Madras.He is a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP), and Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) Master Trainer.

Dr. Deswal was awarded his PhD from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi in the area of Economics. He plays a vital role in providing valuable inputs, recommendations, and advice to stakeholders on various issues affecting Indian transmission sector.

Rajkumar has ten years of experience in the field of renewable energy systems.He specialises in building energy simulation, daylighting and artificial lighting design, CFD analysis for micro- climate and indoor comfort assessment and net-zero energy buildings.

Honorary Advisors

Ashok Kumar Rajput is a former Member (Power Systems) Central Electricity Authority (CEA).

He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from GBPUA&T, Pantnagar (1985) and an M.Tech in Power Systems from IIT Delhi.

He played a pivotal role in renewable energy integration, smart metering, Make in India initiatives, and quality control orders on electrical equipment.

JM Sharma is a strategic and collaborative leader, with over two decades of experience in IT risk, governance, program management, conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement, he excels at leading programs in complex environments ensuring the security and integrity of information systems and playing a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, productivity, and smooth functioning of organization’s day-to-day activities.
Awarded Letter of Appreciation by Chief of the Army (Theatre) for excellence in leadership and professional integrity.

GP Upadhyaya is the former Chief Secretary Govt. of Sikkim. He holds Masters degree from IIT Delhi and Bachelors degree from IIT Roorkee. He is currently serving as the Director General of the Electrical Power Transmission Association of India (EPTA), where he provides the insights and advisory on improving the infrastructure quality and operational sustainability of the Energy Sector.
