Meet our founders

Kanagaraj Ganesan is a licensed architect with post-graduation in “Building Energy Efficiency” from IIT Madras.He is a Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP), and Energy Conservation Building Code (ECBC) Master Trainer.

Dr. Deswal was awarded his PhD from the Faculty of Management Studies (FMS), University of Delhi in the area of Economics. He plays a vital role in providing valuable inputs, recommendations, and advice to stakeholders on various issues affecting Indian transmission sector.

Rajkumar has eight years of experience in the field of renewable energy systems.He specialises in building energy simulation, daylighting and artificial lighting design, CFD analysis for micro- climate and indoor comfort assessment and net-zero energy buildings.

Honorary Advisors

Shri Ashok Kumar Rajput (DoB: 23-02-1965) is currently Member (Power Systems) and Ex-Officio Additional Secretary, Central Electricity Authority (CEA), Ministry of Power, since 15th November 2022. A 1986 batch officer of Central Power Engineering Services, he joined CEA in 1988 as Assistant Director.

He holds a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering from GBPUA&T, Pantnagar (1985) and an M.Tech in Power Systems from IIT Delhi.

With over 36 years in the power sector, he has made significant contributions in O&M of thermal power stations, efficiency improvement, standardization, regulatory issues, distribution system planning, and key national schemes like DDUGJY and IPDS. He played a pivotal role in renewable energy integration, smart metering, Make in India initiatives, and quality control orders on electrical equipment.

He also contributed to disaster management, e-mobility, hydrogen economy, and power system operations. Shri Rajput has presented numerous technical papers at national forums and authored publications in both English and Hindi on power sector issues.

A strategic and collaborative leader, with over two decades in IT risk, governance, program management, conflict resolution and stakeholder engagement, who excels at leading programs in complex environments ensuring the security and integrity of information systems and playing a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency, productivity, and smooth functioning of organization’s day-to-day activities.
Awarded Letter of Appreciation by Chief of the Army (Theatre) for excellence in leadership and professional integrity.

GP Upadhyaya IAS is the former Additional Chief Secretary and Industrial Adviser to Chief Minister, Govt. of Sikkim, with Masters’ degree from IIT Delhi and Bachelors’ degree from IIT Roorkee. He is currently serving as the Director General of Electrical Power Transmission Association of India (EPTA), providing the insights and advisory on improving the infrastructure quality and operational sustainability of the Energy Sector.
